Brad Tuckman

Co-Founder & Chairman
“Since we built RealTIME and began using it for our Clients at KSC Kreate, one by one, they began to approach us to customize it for their own internal corporate processes. It was at this point that we knew we really had something special with this product.”

In 2001, Brad founded KSC Kreate, combining a passion for high-quality photography with the desire to provide business value through cohesive brand imagery and a streamlined creative process. As President, Brad’s unique creative vision, energetic approach to business, and customer centric philosophy have helped KSC grow from a retail and catalogue photography business to a leading provider of visual content and software for the nation’s top retailers and manufacturers.

Brad has over 17 years of experience as a business-leader and photographer with a portfolio that includes work for Microsoft, Gap and Coca-Cola. In 1997, Brad founded his first agency, StudioFX, after realizing that he could provide companies with a significant ROI by building a team inspired by one common creative vision. Under Brad’s vision, StudioFX combined world-class photography with advanced knowledge of the prepress industry, color management, and workflow strategies. After several years, he merged StudioFX with a three-man team at KSC Studio to form what is now one of the industry’s leading creative content agencies.

Brad is a trained photographer with a degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He grew up in a business-minded environment and enjoys using his entrepreneurial spirit to provide clients with imagery solutions that provide business results.

Christopher Ceraolo

Co-Founder & CEO
“RealTIME represents a new era of software because it is the first solution built around the way creative teams communicate, collaborate and create. It’s designed by creatives and for creatives… and it works great!”

Christopher is focused on the future of RealTime, providing the vision for delighting current and future clients. Christopher has always been at the forefront of cutting edge technologies, but never loses sight of the ultimate goal: make the tool disappear so users can focus on their creative process.

Christopher’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to launch several successful companies prior to Kreate Technology. In 2003 he founded PhotoWalk Productions, a services organization specializing in on-line rich media, including video production, virtual tours and search engine marketing. As PhotoWalk Productions grew, Christopher recognized the huge potential for video and interactive product tours to improve on-line user experiences. This led him to launch Beyond 360 Imaging in 2009 to develop better visual tools for the eCommerce space. Beyond 360 was a pioneer in non-Flash interactive product tours, years before Apple finally drove the industry toward non-Flash toolsets. The success of Beyond 360 culminated in acquisition by KSC Kreate, led by Brad Tuckman. When Christopher and Brad joined forces to help KSC Kreate manage their rapid growth through better software tools, the RealTime concept was born. KSC Kreate remains a key client of Kreate Technology as the two organizations separate to focus on their respective business models.

Eric Fulmer

New Business Development
“After twenty years of new business development for a host of professional technology companies, I can say that RealTIME is the first solution I’ve come across that was built around the creative process. It doesn’t force creative professionals to modify their behavior, moreover, it complements their talents and allows them to focus on what they do best!”

Eric Fulmer has been a pioneer in digital asset workflow since the early 1990s when he joined the US distributor of Fujifilm’s DS-100, one of the first professional digital camera systems on the market. He then joined Fuji’s fledgling Electronic & Applied Imaging Division where he worked with clients including Smithsonian Institution, The Metropolitan Museum of Art and major corporations as they began to implement digital imaging. Later Eric worked at both Leaf and Phase One, leaders in high resolution digital capture systems and image processing workflow. He also piloted DAM integrations at major government institutions including the US Air Force, US Navy Visual News Service and Defense Intelligence Agency.
